Just stopped in to get a quarter pounder meal. Fries were hot but burger was cold! How do you get a cold hamburger at 11am?... Ridiculous! Been debating if I should even do McDonald anymore, it?s twice as expensive, and it seems like the service is worse!$9.11 for a cold hamburger. And they even forgot to give me a straw for my drink! Yeah I?m real happy $10 down the drain , Iguess I should have just stopped at kfc, they are always fast, and never get my order wrong, imagine that! Read more
They shorted us food on what we ordered in drive thru. The worst part was when I went in to get it corrected the manager acted... very rude especially when it was just shorting us a filet o fish meal we did get the drink though, it was a good thing my wifechecked the bag before I left. Read more
I maintain social distancing and use the drive thru at fast food restaurants. The service was easy and quick for me and the 3... other cars in line. I ate inside the truck in the parking lot, which looked clean and well maintained. The food was hot, freshand complete. I'd highly recommend this McD location for future travelers at the Wixom Rd exit of I-96. Read more
Hi I always have the best experience here! Especially this morning for breakfast! John was amazing and even brought a bag out to... me with grow coloring charts for my kids! Even offered to see if I wanted some donated to my kindergarten class! John went aboveand beyond. Always love when that happens. Makes for a great day for us all! Read more
When taking my order at the drive-through it was very easy and the young gentleman was very pleasant to talk to and I was not... rushed then when I got to the drive-through window the woman was very polite kind. OMG! The night crew here is amazing! Always pleasant, they sometimes rap the order back! Energetic! I need to get their names... next time but we were in such aww lol! The best McDonald?s I have ever gone to! Everyone who works here is efficient and gets my order right EVERYTIME! I never have to... wonder if my sandwich or order looks bad, like some McDonalds who don?t take pride in what they make and give to the customer.If there is a long line at the drive thru, they quickly and efficiently take the customers! Cold Mac Griddle which I didn't order. Cheese on top of the egg McMuffin bun and cold. OJ I threw out bottom of the bag it comes... in. Mostly pulp and was warm. NEVER GO THERE. Read more
