Food is always great but sometimes (especially since covid) staff hasn't been a kind & often are not delivering due to not... having a delivery driver. My only reason for 3 star is because it's the 3rd time I had to pick my order up last minute becauseit's no delivery driver. I feel like upon ordering online should say that a driver is unavailable so then the customer will knowwhether to continue with the order or just know they need to pick it up. Instead of ordering and getting a phoee call when thefood is almost ready stating it's no delivery driver. I'm pregnant and I'm so glad I didn't have my baby yet or that I wasn'tworking from home otherwise I would have had to cancel. I just feel like it should be some online notice that it's no deliverydriver available so ppl can be aware. Other than that this location is awesome food is always fresh and made great! Read more
The pizza here is alright. However, my order is rarely correct. Apparently they do not have a warmer on site. Therefore, if... you are 5 minutes late picking up, your food is already below room temp. The sauce I ask for has never been included, literallynot once. Over the phone or online I ask for one flavor, and I am given the least appealing flavor they have. I can onlyassume to get rid of their least popular dipping sauce. Plus, the customer service leaves quite a bit to be desired. I willjust go somewhere else. Read more

Normally a very good place to order from. Once in a blue moon you will get someone who either makes the items to fast or doesn't... follow directions. I've had a couple times where my cheese bread literally had nearly no cheese on it. Not like it's a hugedeal, but you pay extra for cheese bread so I expect cheese on it lol. Read more

Really disappointed with the pizza that I ordered and picked up last night at this location. When we got home, we opened the box... to find NO garlic butter sauce and hot pepper. Don't all PJ pizza's come with this? Honestly was really looking forward to thatand then really let down. Read more
I ordered simple cheese pizza and came to know that pizza was really bad. The dough was very hard and there was no sauce in the... pizza. No taste and flavor. I called the store and complain about it but the person answered the call said, I have to bring thepizza back in to store than they will see if they can remake the pizza for Never going back to Papa John?s pizza in Wixom again.Very bad customer service.
