We have been eating here for a couple years now we always liked the food and service. Lately service and quality of food has... went down. Today we were the only ones in the building when we ordered our food. We waited 30 min when usually it?s 15 whenthey are busier. The cook today was awful. I ordered over medium egg and cheese sandwich and my egg was beyond over hard and myenglish muffin was hard and burnt on one side. My daughter ordered sausage and cheese sandwich on English muffin they putsausage links on a sandwich, I have never seen this before it is always a patty. We then had to wait 15 more min for hers. WhenI asked if they were out of patty?s the waitress so no we have them but? and silent. Then waiting for our bill never arrived sowe went to the counter to pay our bill. we were standing up there for a few min no one was there or coming over. Our waitresswas sitting and chatting. The last couple times I thought about not coming back due to lack of service and quality but I wantedto keep giving a chance. This was my last time. I ordered a large Greek salad to go, and it was very good. Looked beautiful! I had lots of dark green lettuce along with the... iceberg lettuce. I asked if they would put the beets and feta cheese on the side. She said they automatically put the beets onthe side. My only complaint was the chick peas. I forgot to tell them to leave them off my salad. Maybe one fourth of a cupwould have been okay, because I don?t like them, and they did a good job of mixing my salad, so it was hard to pick them out.Out of five stars, I still gave a five because I forgot to say no chick peas, and everything else was excellent. I have been coming here for years- I used to live in the area, so i ate here with friends and family regularly. We always loved... to flip through the large menu and try new things. at my most recent visit, my family & i noted that the menu went from being anovel, to a single pamphlet. it is understandable due to the workforce shortage... the food they do have is decent, but tastessort of like there wasn't much care into how it's prepared. the saganaki is something my dad gets every time without fail. The waitress was wonderful. Twice I had to send my grilled cheese back. The first time, the cook took one cheese square, cut it... in half, laid it sideways across the rye bread. This left only the middle with cheese. I showed our waitress who was just asannoyed as I was. She took it back to the kitchen. Now I have obviously already touched this food, and the waitress and thecook, again. Our waitress returns the grilled cheese, I open it up and I?m now disgusted. I looked for the owner and sadly hewasn?t in but his brother was who never addressed me, my waitress did and when I showed her what the cook did she was livid. Hetook the bread and just put another slice of cheese over the old, already touched bread. This means he has now contaminated thegrill. SMH Red Olive, I?m done. Last time we came in here it was ok. Ordered cesear salads and since the lettuce was all wet, so we're the croutons and... everything else. Pretty gross. Money well wasted. Register person was rude. Why you gonna walk to the BACK of the restaurant assoon as someone walks in, specailly when their food was already waiting. Seems silly. Read more
The food portion was pretty good for the price. Nice clean place with friendly staff.
We come here 4-5 times per week. Ordered an Ultimate burger today, said burger medium and egg runny. Got a leather burger and a... hard fried egg. Called for a refund and was told I had to bring the food back to get a refund. You have lost a customer who tipsvery well!! Read more
Stopped here when out of town and the ordered the Grape Leaves and a Gyro/ Spinach pie combo!! Let me tell ya!! The Spinach pie... is the best I've ever eaten and the gentleman at the counter was so polite and smiling!! I totally recommend this place!!! Read more
