Staff never get orders right then give a attitude and roll their eyes bc they messed up. Also they are cheap with the... ingredients. payed 6 dollars for a grilled cheese burrito and it wasnt even as stuffed as a five layer. It is deff worth it todrive the the one on beck road and Pontiac Trail. Read more
Never fails!!!! The worst location. This is the closest to our house but we typically use other locations. My wife was at Target... just down the street and offered to pick up dinner. We reluctantly agreed to order from the Wixom location. When she got home wewere missing 4 items. I?m not sure why I took the time today to fill this out over my 3 missing soft tacos and my daughter?squesadilla, but I guess it adds up. This location has incorrectly fulfilled our order some many times that the $3-$8 every timefinally brought it to a head. We can?t be the only ones! I?m not even considering the missing straws, napkins, or sauce (that?skinda their MO in Wixom). I doubt there?s ever been a perfect drive through order filled. Somebody prove me wrong!!! Remember I am eating this based on a good taco bell being 5 stars. Food wasn't bad, about average for t bell but the service... wasn't great. Went to take my daughter to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper and the garbage can was overflowing withpaper towels literally falling out of it. Could've been a bad day or maybe it's always like that, I'm just reviewing myexperience at this particular taco bell. Service was slow for taco bell, waited a good probably 7-8 min. Which is long for ataco bell, the food, I'll reiterate, was good. Everything tasted fresh. Read more
I had already had a bad experience with this taco bell location but I decided to try it again and it was even worse. We ordered... our food through the online app and went to pick in up we had horrible service. When we got our bad we were missing 6 items sowe told him we didn't have all of our food and he gave us attitude. We then had to wait for the rest of our food to be made.When we got home to eat it our crunch wrap supreme had no beef. All of our tacos were smashed and the contents of our burritoswere squished out. I would not recommend this location after this experience. Read more
