Ordered food for myself and my kids, my double protein bowl was pretty disappointing, barely had any steak what so ever, maybe... like 6 tiny stringy pieces in a tiny pile on top of massive amounts of crunchy white rice, steak did not taste fresh at alleither, over cooked katsu was still kind of good with the sauce at least so hey at least I got to eat, but my rice was socrunchy and undercooked, which made it impossible to eat that. My pot stickers were literally stuck to each other in the littlepaper bag they came in and I had to peel them off the paper to get them out (which is a first, usually they come in a box) andwe're also soggy so most of them fell apart and we're also pretty inedible. Staff at the kiosk was nice, everything was wasclean inside and I did receive everything I had ordered, with extra sauces. This location can be hit or miss, idk if I'll beback, or if I'd recommend to anyone ever again, it was pretty much just nasty this time for the 50.00+ dollars I spent here justto be hungry and have not eaten any of my food, and wasting my money for poor quality food. Edit: the manager leaves these"contact me" responses, but when u do message them, they never respond. Absolutely poor customer service, with their fakecaring, they don't care at all. I made an order on Aug,27th and when I received it, there was a hair in the food. It's just disgusting and nasty thing when you... find an object in the food. I really don't recommend at all. I asked for a refund but they did not. As a reply to your answer,refund is not issued because I still didn't see it in Door,dash, plus it's not only about the refund, people must know thatthere might be an object in the food like I've experienced, which means that the store is not showing compliance with the healthstandards. I don't normally order from new-to-me places for delivery, but I was hungry and this place looked good. I was so correct. I got... a teriyaki chicken breast bowl with noodles and veggies. Almost went for the large, but got a regular and it's still HUGE. Greatportion for the price. The chicken is great, properly trimmed and spicy. Absolutely delicious. Can't wait till my next one. Not impressed. The service was good, staff was polite and prompt. The food was not good. The "steak" is laughable and our... chicken was burnt (not just flame grilled- burnt). The noodles and rice were way overdone, and the veggies tasted likechemicals (very chlorine like flavour). For the price, this is less than mediocre food- I couldn't even eat mine and that neverhappens (hate wasting money!). Read more
Have to say very long wait food for 2 people was $31.00 for a little bit of day old rice and chicken that was taken out of a... warmer looked very dry and old so much so my dad would not eat it. I cook food for hundreds of people everyday I think theyshould work on freshness of food just because my experience was bad does not mean some day they might have good food I justdidn't see it. we have tried the steak, orange chicken and mad spicy chicken and the taste is good. However the food is quite oily. I would... have loved to give it 4 stars but the proportions sometimes are really small. Looking at the other pictures in the review theportions look good but I had a couple of experiences where the portions were not right. This is a picture of a regular size madsteak with veggies that costs around $13. The stake portion might have been fine but they were barely any veggies 90% of whichis cabbage. The last time when I ordered a junior size it was almost all cabbage and four pieces of chicken. I think adding somestandardization in the portions would be greatly beneficial for them. Read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE THE CHICKEN TERIYAKI ESPECIALLY SPICY!! I?m shocked seeing some of the more recent reviews but I?ve only had the... chicken bowls with veggies rice and egg rolls so I can?t speak to the other items. The place is clean, neat and the staff isfriendly and I have not been disappointed one single time in the past 6 years I?ve ordered from them and trust me I?ve beenthere at least 15 times in that time frame.
