Great Food and great friendly service!
Well it wasn't a great experience but I guess it could have been worse. We came in a little more than an hour before closing. It... probably took us 15 minutes to be ready to order, not the server's fault we were just slow to make a decision, that still leftus over 45 minutes to receive food and eat. Food took a little while to get there and while we were waiting two female serversgot into a heated argument about who would take the table that just came in, still 20+ minutes until closing. I get it no onewants the late table but maybe the middle of the dining room isn't the best place to cuss each other over this. Anyway so ourfood comes and unfortunately our server rang mine in wrong. If it was something I would have eaten I would just kept it but itwas something I really hate. No problem the server rang it again correctly said about 5 minutes...my whole family ate theirmeals and finished, still no food, lights were turned off at 8:58, I guess to indicate last call...still no food. Thankfullylights were turned back on a minute later but I was so tired and done at this point I asked if we could just cancel that foodand get our check. By the time he was able to do that the food was up. It was seafood so taking it to go wasn't appealing and wehadn't even been in our hotel room to know if it had a microwave or anything (plus no one wants to smell that). I didn't want tohear anymore from the already fussy female servers or be the cause for our server to have to stay even longer (we watched himwork his butt off while we were there). All in all server was good even with his mistake, food was mediocre at best (I triedfood from everyone's plate while waiting), it was just a poor experience all around. Read more
We met a family member today for lunch at this location. The host took notice that my Mom was using a walker and offered a... closer table. I was very impressed with his observation and concern. Our server Peter was great. The food was great and Charlesthe other server made it a point to interact with us and have a few laughs with us. Great job everyone. . Read more
Food was good. Customer service was exceptional. Very friendly bartender. Lots of TV?s to watch games. Popcorn served as soon as... you sit down. Over all a nice spot. Read more
A nice and cozy restaurant. Close to many hotels and I93 snd I95. The food is good, the steak was not what was advertised,... different side of beef. The salt and pepper was missing. And it didn't had all the necessary flavours. Same for the mashed, wereOK but almost no taste, salt helped. The server was quite good, nice and helpful. Not sure about the second one, quit bugging. I enjoy the 99 restaurant and found this location to be a good on. We went here with a medium sized group on the day of the 99?s... 40th anniversary, so there was a celebration in full effect. Despite this we we seated quickly and had good service from ourserver (who was new - you could tell). The food took a little longer than normal to come out but it was great and everyone had agood meal. On the way out we even got free cake as part of the celebration! Overall a good experience all around and will beback again I?m sure. Read more
Our server Anthony was great. We have had him serve us in the past and every time he's been outstanding. Very friendly and... efficient. The host that status was extremely friendly as well. The food was good but the fries did not seem so fresh. I washowever very impressed with how efficient the kitchen was. Read more
