The Food was amazing. We were three couples on a Saturday evening. We waited about 25 min for a table but definitely worth the... wait. We ordered the large Sangria and enjoyed it a lot. I ordered the grilled octopus, wife baked cod, and our friends otherseafood and lamb dishes. Everything was amazing, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Really good portions and reasonable prices forthe the type of food. Definitely recomended. Read more

Loved the small restaurant atmosphere. The Baccalau(salt cod) was not soaked long enough to remove the salt. Both orders at... table were too salty. That being said, I don't use salt to cook so It may have been me. The other two meals were great. Read more

Small, popular, family owned restaurant with very good food. If you are in the mood for fresh tasting seafood or Portuguese... food, you should definitely come here. The food was excellent - the grilled octopus ($25) was tender with a char-grilled taste;the lobster in the marisqueira ($29, mixed seafood in garlic tomato sauce w/rice) had a just cooked/not too firm texture; thecataplana com mariscos ($29, mixed seafood in a white wine sauce w/paprika &/or saffron/turmeric - not sure which one but thesauce/soup had a distinct orangish-yellow hue) was fragrant with a robust seafood broth. The portion sizes are generous (no needfor appetizer) and pricing is fair/average. Food is cooked from scratch so there is a wait time. Read more

Visited Adega for dinner on a Sunday night. The staff were friendly, attentive and gave us a rundown of popular dishes on the... menu. My husband had Terra E Mar (steak and shrimp) and I had Marisqueira (mixed seafood over rice). Both entrees weredelicious, made with fresh ingredients, and good portions. The restaurant has a full bar with bottles of wine to share. Greatidea for an impromptu date night. We will be back! Read more
