Dunkin is always at least four stars for me, delicious cups of Joe and the sweet pastries are finger licking good. Today, I was... particularly impressed with how quickly a team on Washington Street made my mobile order and then I was delighted to find outthey still carry jelly filled munchkins. Complete 180 with this location. Every time I go there now, customer service is great. I'm not sure if the manager, Ana, is new... to this location or not as I've only seen her as of the last 2 months or so, but, she's wonderful and doing a great job. And ifsomething is wrong, (which is rare these days now) she takes care of it with a smile and is super nice and friendly. Thisextends through the rest of the team as well. Every morning I come to this dunks because its right next to my job, EVERY MORNING I HAVE AN ISSUE. I order the same coffee and... bagel with cream cheese ON IT. One morning I argued with a man who made my coffee too light, he threw my coffee and yelled at meso i left. They never put cream cheese on the whole bagel, just a little on one half, but TODAY, they decide to give me a bagelwith ZERO CREAM CHEESE.
