Half the staff doesn't know what they're doing, whenever I ask for something, they always forget something, and it's nothing... complicated. It's not like it's busy, so there's no rush. It's before 7, so the drive thru is closed. That location should beeither shut down or placed under new management. Let me tell you. Me and one of my girlfriends walked in and when I tell you it smelt so bad. We couldn?t use the front desk... Becuase it was ?broken? and it took them a solid 10 minutes before taking are order. We had seen someone we knew in the driveway they waited at the window for 5-10 minutes. When they gave us are food and drink we found mold in the drink. And theemployees arnt even nice abt it. They didn?t apologize nothing. They asked what was wrong with it and then took it and tookanother 5 minutes to make another one. And they don?t even pay attention, always on they?re phones. They don?t even speakEnglish!!! As a Dunkins it's what you can expect. However I really feel they should hire more staff for the busy parts of the morning. The... staff here seem like they could do with a few more hands, it takes a lot of time to get your order in and then to receive it. Ifrequently see people leave the line and give up waiting to order. Otherwise, the staff here are friendly and the productmaintains consistency. If you are running late I'd skip this location in the morning. Read more
