Tough spot. Small, slow and hard as hell to get out of in the morning.
I ordered two boxes of mixed munchkins but they needed more time, so asked me to pull around to the front door to wait. That?s... extremely annoying because I had to exit the parking lot, cross Boston street and take a left back into the parking lot. We are from out of town and have ordered from this dunkin twice this week thru Uber eats. Both times I have ordered an americano... with French vanilla cream and sugar, and both times it has came black. The sticker on the side of my cup shows exactly what Iordered and is correct, I'm not sure if it is incompetence or pure laziness. When I called them to address the issue I was toldif you come in we will give you a new cofee..... so this means I have already paid for Uber eats TWICE now,and for me to get todunkin I will have to order a Uber and then another Uber to get back to my hotel. So for one cup of coffee it is going to costme over 60 dollars between ordering it twice paying Uber eats and now ubering to and from... If this dunkin cared about customerservice they would either refund my money for atleast one of the orders or send another Uber eats to my hotel. I honestly wish Icould give no stars. Read more
