Tough spot. Small, slow and hard as hell to get out of in the morning.
I ordered two boxes of mixed munchkins but they needed more time, so asked me to pull around to the front door to wait. That?s... extremely annoying because I had to exit the parking lot, cross Boston street and take a left back into the parking lot. I ordered Bagel bites hash browns and a small coffee reg. Nobody understood English and $7.20 minus my hash browns almost made... me blow a gasket. Never back to this location...EVER! Read more

Dunkin Donuts no matter which one you go into are open to many hours during the day and nobody really CLEA NS them they're... disgustingly filthy and I'm surprised people don't get sick don't recommend them in addition half. I have 5 Dunkins within a 3 mile radius of my home. Although the location at times is a traffic nightmare, This one is the best... no contest. As busy as it gets, always quick service,very polite staff, NEVER get the wrong order. I hadn't been to this one ina couple of months. We are from out of town and have ordered from this dunkin twice this week thru Uber eats. Both times I have ordered an americano... with French vanilla cream and sugar, and both times it has came black. The sticker on the side of my cup shows exactly what Iordered and is correct, I'm not sure if it is incompetence or pure laziness. When I called them to address the issue I was toldif you come in we will give you a new cofee..... so this means I have already paid for Uber eats TWICE now,and for me to get todunkin I will have to order a Uber and then another Uber to get back to my hotel. So for one cup of coffee it is going to costme over 60 dollars between ordering it twice paying Uber eats and now ubering to and from... If this dunkin cared about customerservice they would either refund my money for atleast one of the orders or send another Uber eats to my hotel. I honestly wish Icould give no stars. Read more
