I ordered food for delivery through Grainmaker?s website. After an hour, it was canceled. I contacted Grainmaker to see what... happened, and they said it was an issue with Uber (who they contract with for delivery). They told me I needed to contact Ubereven though I didn?t order through Uber, and because my food was picked up, I would not receive a refund. I contacted Uber andwas told the merchant must request the refund on their end and that they do not have the ability to refund me directly.Grainmaker will not provide me a refund for food I never received.
