I hope the QDOBA management should do better employee training for kindness and hospitality. I am somewhat satisfied with food... quality of QDOBA. I understand now meat price up, but they put too small amount of chicken today compared to before, so I asked"Could you put a little bit more chicken?", but it turns out that they charged more price for "extra meat" price. I gentlyexplained that I didn't asked "extra" chicken. They didn't listen to me and I saw her annoying face in front of me. It was ok topay more but QDOBA employees should show better hospitality and kindness. Later I asked a plastic back but I saw also herannoying face again. I deserve not only quality food but also quality service from QDOBA. It might be one person problem inWoburn, MA QDOBA. Mistakenly they charged me double in Woburn place and told that she can?t refund. Need to talk supervisor but supervisor were... not there. I left my phone number and name. They never cal me back. I went after a week, workers are rude. Trying to prove methat they didn?t do that mistake. Read more
