I hope the QDOBA management should do better employee training for kindness and hospitality. I am somewhat satisfied with food... quality of QDOBA. I understand now meat price up, but they put too small amount of chicken today compared to before, so I asked"Could you put a little bit more chicken?", but it turns out that they charged more price for "extra meat" price. I gentlyexplained that I didn't asked "extra" chicken. They didn't listen to me and I saw her annoying face in front of me. It was ok topay more but QDOBA employees should show better hospitality and kindness. Later I asked a plastic back but I saw also herannoying face again. I deserve not only quality food but also quality service from QDOBA. It might be one person problem inWoburn, MA QDOBA. But it should be issued because I haven't had such an experience in any restaurant ever before. Read more
My third try with qdoba mishawum road in Woburn on Uber eats and it will Be my last. Each time I have ordered I did not receive... what I paid for. Trying not to be rude but it?s not hard to read the slip and give the paying customer what is requested onthat slip . Read more

Mistakenly they charged me double in Woburn place and told that she can?t refund. Need to talk supervisor but supervisor were... not there. I left my phone number and name. They never cal me back. I went after a week, workers are rude. Trying to prove methat they didn?t do that mistake. Read more
My wife and I generally like their food a lot but the only reason I am giving 1 star is that this time, there was a giant piece... of plastic inside one of the tacos! This, to me, is beyond carelessness (like food arriving cold or not properly packed, all ofwhich I personally don't really care for much when it's a delivery) but rather a potentially dangerous issue concerning health &hygiene. Usually I have nothing bad to say about qdoba. I love the food I usually go to the one in Peabody and I got to say the Woburn... location is terrible. I went there at 5:50 and stood waiting as the only person in line for 15 minutes while they did onlineorders. No one even said hello to me. They just kept their heads down. I ended up walking out because I just didn?t know howmuch longer I would have to wait to get food. Won?t be coming back to this location. At least say hello to people and tell themyou?ll help them in a minute. Read more
The food was pretty decent, but the kids? meals are definitely not worth it. The quantitative and qualitative value of the food... is not worth the price. On the bright side, the service is good and there are many fountain drink options. I would go back;however, I will avoid the kids? meals moving forward. Read more
One of my go to's for quick easy food that hits the spot. I prefer the spices they use over their competitors. Staff is always... good. Atmosphere is nice, clean, with fun mix of music. Read more
