Stopped to grab a quick breakfast and coffees and the person manning the register didn't know how to operate it and was taking... for ever to process an online order ahead of us. Then he finally asked two of his fellow employees who were sitting around inthe coffee area instead of behind the counter. When it our turn when we ordered items shown on the poster they same person toldus they were not available then called someone else to take over the register. The other person listed other options and tookour order didn't take our name or give us a receipt so we had to guess which was our order for a while. This place is always half open. 8 workers behind the counter but they won't allow for indoor ordering due to 'staff shortages'.... Pretty frustrating since they barely have signage about it. Read more
Last month I Walked in mobile ordering only - all good no problem but many angry people walked in and out. Ordered then Sat... there for 30 minutes asked multiple people about my coffee and said not yet. Had to catch my bus walked out without my drink.Called the store they said I had to contact corporate so I put in a file online and still haven?t heard back. Walked to star bucks at this location to see this I wasn't driving and I didn't have the app . this is so unprofessional whoever... owns this should be ashamed. Not everyone has a Phone or a car and may enjoy a star bucks coffee so sad close the drive thru notCafe so everyone can get it. Read more
I adore this Starbucks location! They make it so easy to order online using their app and breeze by the drive up window to get... it! The staff are so cheerful. I'm a big fan of the iced Mango dragon fruit Refresher and warm chocolate chip cookies! Getting stars ends up saving me over $5 on most of my orders. Read more
Went on the holiday cup date. When I first got there, the line for drive through did not seem bad at all but it took about 15... minutes to successfully get my two drinks (white hot chocolate mocha and peppermint mocha). Though the wait was longer than Ianticipated, I was more than happy with the outcome. The staff was friendly and cheerful. The vibe radiating from them wascontagious. I would be more than happy to wait in the line again and experience that enthusiasm. The drinks, as usual, weredelicious. Usually very crowded but if you order on your phone it is very easy & quick. So far my coffee hasn't been made wrong
