Very slow lanes inside and drive thru employees are very sloppy!! and most of them don't even speak English

I went through the drive thru 2 days ago. I ordered a Large Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte. It came with no whip, no toppings, no... swirl, etc. This was a $5 coffee. When I asked why it was missing all the toppings, I was told "I could add it, but I will haveto charge you." What?! I already paid for the drink. I ordered exactly what was on the menu, I was charged for the beverage, andnow I'm being told I will be charged extra for what should have come with the drink? I order all the iced lattes all the time. Ihave never been told I will be charged extra when I already paid for it. I will not be back to this location. Read more

The best Dunkin in Wolcott. Love Armando. Friendly and fast customer service. The whole morning staff is excellent. Go out of... their way to make the order right. Keep up the good work. We have found a new Dunkin home. Read more

Last Friday I stopped by for a grilled cheese and a muffin. After I had left and got back to work I had noticed the grilled... cheese wasn't warmed up enough and the cheese wasn't melted. I didn't have enough time to run back to get it warmed up, so Isaved it for dinner and warmed it up when I got home. Everything worked out and the sandwich was perfect :) I did want tomention though that the 2 ladies helping with my order were very nice. I work in customer service myself and good customerservice these days is hard to come by. I was having a bad day and taking a break from my day to grab some lunch ended upbrightening my day, even with there being an issue with part of my order. It makes a big difference when you stop by arestaurant and the staff makes you feel welcomed and are happy to help you. Most restaurants I have visited lately make you feelthe complete opposite, so many people lack even basic customer service skills these days.. Good customer service is so rare thatwhen I do experience it I appreciate it. Please continue to give the service you do and teach the ones after you to do the same.A simple smile can brighten someone elses day. Read more

I have never left a bad review but I felt I had to because this Dunkin? is not run properly. They barely filled my drink up... after a long wait and we?re out of the flavors I ordered. They also charge $1 for a cup of ice water. The coffee itself testedburnt and gross. Read more

Clean dining area, clean bathrooms, staff very sweet. Drive through seems to move quickly.. outside parking lot needs TLC lots... of trash... I've been told unfortunately that's Connecticut... Didn't really care for double chocolate donut was beautiful justvery dry... XL girl scout thin mint could have had more coffee flavor...tasted like mint hot chocolate...Kevin Ditto on thethin mint I had it last time... Graceful Squirrel ... MED Coconut scout should have been stirred up most of flavor on thebottom.. so I wasn't to crazy about it... Gracefully Squirrel...
