Hot mocha with espresso shot ????
Longtime customer to this Dunkin every morning to pick up drinks and food with the dogs. We hav changed Dunkin's in favor of the... one on Meriden Road. Brendan and Tori try to keep things going but the asst manager is exceedingly late. The time to avoid isbetween 5 - 5:30. The service is slow. One person working the window until the asst manager drives in. No regard for thecustomer. Not the way to treat the ones who pay your wage. Don?t plan on going back to this Dunkin. You have lost a customer. If you?re planning on getting you?re before work fix don?t come to this Dunkin. The new 4 am boy is... good and laughs about the girl manager who is supposed to show up next and says Oh her. She is always late. As a first responderI don?t have time. Quick in and out. Server was great and courteous. Doughnut inventory was a little bit short but still OK.
I order almond milk because cream gives me stomach cramps. I was handed this coffee, and asked the girl who handed it out "i'm... sorry to be annoying but is this definitely almond milk? It's really bright" and I was assured it was. Now I'm dealing withstomach pain and kind of mad I was lied to. Don?t come here if you need someplace early. What happened to the new girls who opened up? They were not only nice but made... orders on time. On Friday the man came late and did not serve customers until after 5. I drive off. Early in the week the onethat call herself manager was late and all she did was complain I?d be late to if I had to get up this early everyday.There areother places to get food around here.
