We had a reservation, and it was well timed on their part. Reservations are recommended. Service was good, a little slow on... drinks, food was very good. We were celebrating a birthday and brought out complimentary shots and dessert. Thanks to the staff. Read more

The food is better now than it had been right before they closed. However, my cocktail has never been as good as it is at other... places. Someone from the kitchen checked on me to see how my food was. Still, I wasn?t 100% comfortable at the bar, which hasbecome a little clannish. Service was adequate, but in the future I will be here with my husband in the dining room rather thanat the bar drinking and eating alone. Read more

We had an amazing experience on the Grand Re-Opening a couple weeks ago! The service was so good... She was attentive without... being overbearing, knowledgeable, and funny. The food was excellent. The soup, fish, shrimp, and wine were perfect. And therewas music in the bar area (we requested a table near the music), so we had live entertainment while we dined. We will go backfor sure!! Kayla, our waitress, was phenomenal. The service and friendliness there is top notch. Make a reservation, as they get full... quickly. Cleanliness is 10/10 Service is 10/10 Food is 10/10 Drinks are 10/10 Ambiance is 8/10 only because the interior isoutdated. I'd rather have 10/10 food than 10/10 ambiance with 7/10 food... The portions are fairly large, so be advised. We atean appetizer and bread before our fantastic meals, and barely had room to finish them. The blackened catfish is outstanding, and even better than when I caught and cooked my own. It is wild-caught catfish and is not over seasoned. My dish was a bed oflong grain wild rice with a large catfish residing atop. Besides it, a loaded baked potato that looks to be from Texas with howmassive it is. Overall, the ambiance is great, though it is indeed outdated. There are a handful of fish tanks that kids andadults love, as well as a nice view from the deck/patio. They have a handful of liquors to pour at reasonable prices. The mainevent, for me, is in their fish selections. They are incredibly delicious and fresh. Does not disappoint. I'm only sad they'renot open every day. It is truly a delight to dine here. Read more

This restaurant is somewhat off the beaten path, but has a beautiful view of the water. Inside atmosphere was cozy and was... decorated as a tavern. Diners were dressed causal for a fancy dinner out or a hooded sweatshirt to grab a burger. Something foreveryone and the menu supported this from burgers to steak and lobster tail. Call ahead for reservations, especially if you wanta table with a view. Staff was friendly and service met expectations. Food was fine. The scallops did not disappoint. Thelobster was slightly over but huge! The steaks were a bit disappointing. They raved about having a special certification andbeing "aged Angus" but didnt taste any different then the run of the mill average steak. Honestly lacked a bit of flavor but wascooked to temp properly. Portions were large consider splitting if you are a couple so you can have some room for an app or adessert. Pricing we felt was a bit high for the quality of the food. You can find the same for cheaper and have had better.Would return, but if given a choice would choose other similiar lake restaurants in the are over this one. Still was a niceanniversary meal! This was a nice surprise for fine dining. It?s kind of out of the way and you have to know your way around the lake to get to it... but it?s worth the effort. Situated on the lake it has a deck outside for dining as well as bar seating and a generous sizedining room. The menu is extensive from surfing turf to sandwiches to prime rib on Friday and Saturday nights. You will need tocall for reservations on the weekends Friday and Saturday night is a must. Please hit ?Like? if this was helpful. Thanks. Read more
