The service and the customer care the employees show are nearly zero. When Braums first opened in the Lubbock area including... Wolfforth the friendly attentive staff was great as time went on the service went down. The food is served messy the fries arealways just barely warm. The breakfast is not satisfactory. The swirl frozen yogurt was our favorite for treat night a large wasmade in a large cone with a tall peak now it's more like a small with a small smashed peak. I've even noticed the business hasreally slowed down at Braums everytime we've gone or passed by there not busy. Read more

Went in for an ice cream sundae. Watched as four employees walked by me as I stood in line at the ice cream area. Watched the... manager walk by. Finally the lady at one of the registers finished her order and I figured great - it?s my turn. She walked awayalso. About four or five of them were in the drive thru area talking. There were only two cars in drive thru when I arrived.Both had passed thru by this time. Interesting how they managed to walk by, ignore me and the ice cream that was on the floorfrom their machine that was so old it had dried up. This was the store in Wolfforth. We have never been to a Braum's. Wow.. the little fresh market with the 50 plus ice cream flavors ???? the place was clean and... the kids working were joyful. Burgers are small but the right size to save room for the must have ice cream. Read more

Not too impressed with the burgers, but the ice cream choices are very good.

Serves a delicious burger and salad is just as good. It has a convenient store to grab a snack. Great place!
