Ordered online & delivery time was suggested. I called the store as my order didn't vn show it had left th store. I was told... that they only had one driver & they were still awaiting his return from the previous order. I understand that there are stillemployee shortages, although not sure why? However, the expectation should've been set at the time the order was placed thatdelivery time would be double the suggested time. I ended up canceling the order due to lack of service. Read more
Customer service is awful. Pizzas and chicken are never cooked the same order to order. I keep giving them "one more chance"... but tonight will be the last. Oh and don't pre-order 2 hours in advance it won't be ready for pick-up. Read more
Our "Edge" pizza was perfectly prepared and delivered to us in an extremely satisfactory amount of time, and at the perfect... temperature. LOVED it!!! P.S.- Pleaseee keep the edge pizza forever!! Read more
Worst Pizza Hut ever! I love Pizza Hut and this place has the worst service including the management! Ordered $60 worth of food... and got it super late! Not to mention the order was completely wrong! I called in to get it replaced and the guy said there wasno manager and couldn?t do anything! After I explained we aren?t even from in town he basically told me he was super backed up!Totally unprofessional when I told him I?d be calling corporate he said yeah tell them you spoke with John the manager! Whenfrom the beginning of the conversation he said there was no manager around. I won?t be ordering Pizza Hut for a good while! We have had this pizza hut at least 6 times. It's always fast and fresh. The elderly lady that works the drive thru is super... friendly also. This location is much better than the previous location we used to use. Read more
I placed an order on the app. I noticed it would be ready in 14min? I would not be able to pick it up for 35 min? I called the... store 8 times and the customer service at least 8 times and they hung up on me 3 times and never returned to line and of thetime other 5 times.. I wanted to ask to hold off on making my pizza.. that?s all.. I feel that their customer service is belowpar. Went to pick up pizza that sat under a light for at least 20 min or longer.. lady at window says to busy to answer phone..very unprofessional and did not apologize. She did not act or show concern.. Disappointment is my outcome along with overcookedpizza?one of the worst customer service I have experienced in my 50 years!!! Read more
