So first and foremost this is not a food truck. BUT I'm happy it isnt because it was so hot today. First off everyone was... rather friendly. From answering questions about items the people were knowledgeable on their food which is something I love tosee. The onigiri was straight. Simple and too the point and very fresh. Sushi rice, Tuna, nori. The spicey mayo however coulduse an extra kick. Now the fun part. I just recently moved to lubbock from dallas. And dare I say the Tonkotsu Pork ramen brothwas even better than the place I normally order ramen from and a tad cheaper. The broth is extremely rich and the noodles arebuckwheat soba (despite me being used to the thicker chewy kind) i still loved it. It still had springy and chewiness to it.Everything was very spot on even to the marinated egg. Absolutely delicious and I will be coming back. Read more
