Had to have a coffee and pumpkin spice muffin in Timmies while we were in Canada, so we were happy to get that here
I was impressed to see a screen showing mobile orders but it wasn't being cleared as orders were filled which made it confusing... for workers who were working hard and quite friendly with customers (great to see this). This place is horrible and none of them know how to work. They don?t know how to make orders proper. Numerous times we?ve... ordered to have things very visibly burnt, made wrong (even simple tea/coffee) or just plain missing things from our orders.Half the time they can?t even wrap the simple breakfast/farmers wraps properly before boxing them. Was brought home a farmerswrap that had none of the sauce on it rather some gross mayo hidden in it. eggs are usually never fresh and taste off (you canalso see the colour is changed too from being sat around so long) and half the time if you go in later in the evening they willhave NOTHING. No drinks, barely any bakery items and usually no bread or bagels, so you can?t actually order anything to eat.Horrible over all, you?d honestly be better off going to any of the other Tim?s. I?ve included a picture of the farmers wrapthat had no sauce and tasted horrible, I had to take it apart & wipe off as much mayo as I could (which wasn?t muchunfortunately) to eat the waste of money. Standard Tim Hortons experience. Staff members are generally friendly, but not always. I've never had an issue with food quality... but the restaurant is frequently very dirty. I came to wolfville for a week and stopped by the Tim?s a few times (as any normal Canadian would). Customer service wasn?t... great, the lady who took my order a few times came across as quite rude and annoyed. The tables were quite often dirty to thepoint where I didn?t even want to sit down, not to mention the benches outside with a disgusting amount of cigarette buttsclearly very rarely being swept up. Usually have a great selection of baked goods and other foods. This is yet another Tim's that has a regular group of people who... sit for coffee for periods of time. There were only a few customers sitting in restaurant at time. We wanted to sit but ALL theempty tables were dirty and had not been cleaned. Read more
