Celebrating our anniversary while being stuck at home with sick kids, but Uptown knocked it out of the park with carryout. I was... nervous ordering the ribeye but it tasted amazing, perfect seasoning and sear and temperature. Of course, the Bourbon Street Macwas fantastic, no surprise there - and large enough portion to eat leftovers for days. Hosted my daughter's wedding shower and had the brunch buffet with mimosas. From the moment we arrived and began setting up to... the time we cleared out, it was a fabulous experience. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. Gabriel was ourserver, and he did a great job keeping everything flowing and making sure all the guests were well taken care of. I loved this place since the first moment I walk in. Their people are very friendly and helpful. The environment is fun, lots of... people , families? beautiful patio, entertainment life music, a really cool place for fun. And what about the food? Let?s getinto this: I will say they have good food and drinks, good but not great. Their menu is very decent and diverse of choice.Definitely is a cool place to go with friends to have fun since is always busy. I also love the patio area, the music andentertainment. Feb 2022 update. Menu much smaller now. They were also not serving a lot of items due to lack of cook staff. We had Salmon Salad... which was ok and salmon was very under cooked and the Uptown Chopped, which again was just ok. Probably would not get themagain but they have other items we would come back for. The atmosphere is great and the staff excellent. Menu is HUGE. Westopped for breakfast, lunch menu not serviced until 11. Bloody Mary was good but small ($5). The Quesadilla looks great butmeh, not much taste even after adding salsa, cholula and sour cream. First and last time there for us. We got the coconut shrimp that was probably the best thing we had there. My cosmopolitan was... ok, they didn?t fill the glass all the way up. I got the pulled pork bbq sandwich, which was good. I ordered the asparagus andmashed potato?s, and those were cold. I found the prices reasonable. My waitress only brought us our drinks and tab. This is an outstanding place for a fun party. We just had a special birthday celebration for my husband, I worked with their... party coordinator before the party, she was very patient and easy to work with throughout entire planning and gave me some goodsuggestions as well, on the day of party, the server did excellent job in serving food and drinks, the on duty manager came tohelp as well , they both were very friendly, no doubt the food were delicious too, they have a wide variety food you can choosefor party, everything turned out to be perfect, I highly recommend this place for a fun party . I had a birthday party in the VIP room. There were two servers and they were attentive, respectful and gave great overall... service. My minor complaint was with the pizzas. We had 4 types of pizza. They had way too much dough and hardly any sauce. Ididn?t complain because I didn?t want to ruin the vibe. The wings were good and the drinks. Nice party spot. Read more
