I go here often, people working varies, normally later in the evening I get some of the best service. Rarely mess up my order.
Would leave 0, drive thru person said ?F*** off we are closed? @ 830pm with 4 cars parked in parking lot, all lights on in... facility. I called 15 mins later. Younger male told me there is no manager there and hung up while I was speaking. Ordered viatbell app and have to wait 2-3 days for refund. What would happen if a family didn?t have anymore money and spent there money onfood? Train staff better, build leaders and care more. Read more
With how inept the crew is , I?m amazed they can open the cash register. Trying to get my food and the person is nodding out and... messed literally every single part of my order up, after telling me they didn?t have a certain item that I read off of THEIRscreen. Read more
They?re supposed to be open until 2am on Tuesday nights, we came through at 1:20 and got ignored at the drive up, pulled through... to the window and was met with absolutely rude staff who shoo?d us off and their hands up at us. Ridiculous. Read more

Some of the rudest employees. I was picking up a doordash delivery. When I arrived they said they had just received the order,... so as per our regulations I asked them approximately how long. When the female worker with bright blue hair decides that shewants to get an attitude and start cussing on the line along with her other female coworker. Saying something along the lines ofthis is not Applebee's we don't deal with approximate I told them that I appreciated them when I received the food and they justgave me a blank stare and said nothing if you would like customers to come in and more people to deliver from your establishmentI would suggest getting nicer employees Read more
Imagine asking everyone if they need any sauce. Everyone. And then forgetting it. Such is the way of this Taco Bell. It's... rather annoying. But more so than that. Each time I've been here in probably the last....2 years they've messed something upon an order nearly every time. It's actually out of the norm for them to get an order right. It's still Taco Bell, so it'sfine. But it is really annoying. The people here are always nice, but honestly it's worth your time just to drive to East Altonor Bethalto nearby and just skip this one. My husband and I went there yesterday for an early lunch..3 hours later I was extremely sick ..still am sick and that was over... 12 hours ago... needless to say we are never going back 0/10 do not recommend. Read more
