note to management: Servers should not lean on things, turn their back to customers and circle up and have long conversations... together. I really like Buffalo Wild Wings and always enjoy coming. I was just shocked to see so many servers standing aroundtalking in front of customers. At one point I saw a group of 6 severs all with their backs turned to customers laughing in acircle. In the past I ordered a takeout from this location and my wings came un-seasoned, seeing the employee attitude inperson helped me understand how the food could get neglected so. I really enjoy buffalo wild wings so I will probably be back,but maybe the servers can talk amongst each other a little less in front of their neglected customers/privately somewhere sothey can look like they work harder when they are in public. This place should be reported to the Health Authority or something. Looking through the reviews same issues over and over again.... I'm surprised no one has gotten sick from eating here. Second time here and second time disappointed. The wings were likerubber or not cooked all the not sure. The wedges must of been the last of them from the bottom and the fries were cold. Idon't know if it's the location because I hear so much positive things about Buffalo Wild Wings but I will never go here again.Two times to many. Yuck! Read more
Service was good and so was the Mozzarella sticks other than that the rest of our meal was just sad. First order we got had a... hair on it so it got sent back then the “new” order was cold and the third time didn’t have enough sauce and was dry . Thewings came out before the appetizer did and even though we asked for carrots and celery we didn’t get those until we requestedthem again. Wings were the most disappointing I've ever seen. We asked for a pitcher of beer as advertised on the table for happy hour and... were told 5 minutes later they don't do pitchers right now. Ordered another beer and another few minutes were told that one wasout. Food came out looking like fast food during a rush, but not even as tasty. Read more
I ordered to go wings and nachos. I live about ten minutes from the restaurant. The wings were overcooked but the flavor is... nice. The nachos were stale not edible unfortunately. The place is popular considering the food isn’t on point. Maybe it’sfresher if you eat there? But way too busy considering the pandemic. Read more
This is the worst location for orders being correct. A couple months ago we ordered food to go and brought it home and they... didn't give is any wings, I called the manager said they'd refund me, that never happened. Accidents happen, I figured it was aone time thing. We ordered food tonight and nothing on my order was correct, things were added that werent asked for, mytraditional wings were boneless. There were 2 orders of nachos they had 1 jalapeno and chicken that I didn't ask for but nothingelse- they were supposed to have chili, and there's not even queso or salsa on them. I didn't get any dipping sauces or celery.You call the store and it just rings. This restaurant isn't cheap, I paid for things my kids won't eat. Its your standard Buffalo wild wings. We live 3 min from this location so we've visited a handful of tines. Hit or miss. When... we've come around happy hour or later, we typically wait 45+ mins for good. The staff is trying their best, I'm sure this isbecause of Staffing issues. Typically when the wait surpasses 30 minutes they will bring out the sides we've ordered so we canstart eating something which is a nice thought. It would be nice to just receive everything together. The couple times we'vebeen before happy hour the food came out quicker, but wings and fries were cold. Overall pretty average, but its a big chainrestaurant so its what you'd expect Read more
