I'm going to give this place another chance because it's so new but when I placed an online order for pickup I had a less than... stellar experience. First, the order wasn't ready even though I arrived 15 minutes after pick up time. Although they had 6 or 7people working only 1 person was assembling the sandwiches. They seemed very disorganized as I observed they were making twoother sandwiches in between my 3. They also ended up being out of the drinks and cookies I ordered. Not usually an issue, but Iwas surprised that they sealed my bag in front of me and didn't bother to mention the substitutions they made so I didn'trealize it until I got home. The sandwiches were good albeit a bit greasy because they douse them in oil and vinegar. Read more

So placed an online order at 6:38 pm tonight and made it for pick up time of 7:20 pm tonight. Arrive a little late at about... 7:30 . I walk up to the pick up area and see only one order for someone else is ready . I wait for a bit for the employees tohelp new customers that are in line . Once that clears out I asked about my order. The guy working the register told me thatsorry it's not ready yet . So I say ok and stand and wait patiently . I noticed that there were three other people besides mestanding and waiting for their online orders as well. One of them and I were asking each other how long ago we ordered and shehad done so 20 mins before I told her I did at 6:38 pm but also set the pick up to be at 7:20. Anyways after waiting 15 mins myname is called and I go home . Upon arriving home I see that we were given cookies and not Brownies like my order stated andBrownies is what I paid for . Figure ok we can just deal with it . But when we were eating our sandwiches we had so much oil onthem it was crazy. Like literally started ringing out our sandwiches to get the dripping oil off as it was just everywhere . Ilove this franchise and their products but my third time going to this location is a big disappointment especially the amount oftime it took to get my food made . Basically over an hour for two sandwiches and two brownies that came in a form of a cookieinstead. Because of this bad experience I honestly not sure if I will waste my time and money going there again ..... BummerBummer Bummer ........ Read more

Jersey Mike's Subs are delicious. Just like the ones in NJ. Quality of subs is great. I am not happy with their... uncleanliness. I have to ask staff to wipe the tables. The tables are always dirty. There was lettuce on the napkindispenser. They wear the same gloves they handle money with. This is really gross. If this doesn't change I'm less likely toeat here again. This is at 122nd in Portland. Read more

Excellent sandwiches and consistent every time. Definitely beats jimmy John?s by far! Those sandwiches are all bread but jerseys... are moist and perfect combo of freshly sliced cheese, meat and classic combo of veggies and spices Read more

My son wanted to try the new shop in troutdale. I have only had your sandwiches one time. We had a very long exhausting day... and I don't want to make dinner. So we go. The line was very long. We waited to order. Got our chips and drinks. Ateand drank them before our hot sub was done. Waited and waited. They finally call my name and another person at the same time. I get up to get my sandwiches and some else took it. Apparently they had the same name as me. I explained that I hadput in my order first and that it was probably mine. He went to the counter and asked the girl if it was whatever sandwich heordered and she said yes. So he left with my sandwich. I went up the the counter and asked if he had just taken my sandwich. They then made me another one. Which didn't have lettuce on it. They were super busy and accident happen. Honestly thought theexperience of trying to eat in the shop was awful. Your space is too small for the business and you have too many tables. Takeout the high table. There isn't enough space for there to be a long line and for people to eat comfortably without havingsomeone in lines butt in your face. Put in a line barrier so the people ordering have some kind of separation from the peopletrying to eat. Take one of the tall tables or just a few chairs and put them on the wall by the soda machine so peoplewaiting have somewhere to sit and wait for their sandwiches. Read more

The Sandwich was made to perfection! I love Jersey Mikes....the help was so nice. The problem lies in the bread. It was so tough... I had a very hard time eating. The one near Clackamas Town Center always had very fresh soft bread. Maybe just a fluke... I willfor sure give you another try. Read more
