Excellent service. I went here Saturday morning the drive through was packed and the inside was fairly busy, at first there was... no staff at the counter but one of the staff members named Jessie who I believe was working the drive through quickly came tomake sure my order and the guy behind me was taken in a timely manner. She also went out her way to make sure I got my foodinstead of just leaving it on the counter to get cold. She was also very friendly and respectful. I was very impressed withservice. Read more
I was there and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. The meat was so tough and really next to not edible. I had to spit out half... the sandwich. Very disappointed this location usually is better than this. The workers are usually so nice but today they werekinda rude. Such a shame I hope this isn?t a new regular for this location. Read more
I don?t know this older lady working the drive thru in the mornings, but she keeps screwing up my orders and not putting in the... right figures when totaling up the amount owed for food. I?ve gotten breakfast items off the dollar menus and she keeps ringingthem up separately for like full price. Noticed that on the last 3 receipts within 2 weekends I?ve been there for breakfastaround 7 AM. I never notice it until I leave because the amount never shows up on the screen as I?m ordering. I am told to?drive to the first window for my total? and I just give her my debit card without being told a total. Always shocking when Iget the receipt. I don?t want to be a pest with others behind me in line, so I just leave vs. causing a scene. This has becomereally annoying, and I see it?s an ongoing issue. Same thing happened to a friend of mine the other day around 10 right beforethey were about to switch to a lunch menu. Can you please teach these people how to properly take an order and put the rightamounts in the computer? Surprisingly fast, hot and fresh. Since I've started using the app, there is a noticeable difference in quality of the food and... professionalism of the staff. Its literally a 2 min process now- saves you quite a bit of money and guarantees hot fresh food.Very impressive. Read more
