One pizza slice of sausage was quite ordinary. Pizza was slightly undercooked. slice did sag. Sausage crumbles rather than... sliced. More cheese than red sauce. Dough was chewy. A grade of 7. My hoagie " the Guido" was as advertised. Italian meats andcheeses. Roasted red peppers. Decent roll and good taste. Will be back for sandwiches. price was fair $ 10:50 for hoagie withauthentic Italian meats. Read more

My wife and i and our kids stopped in here for the very first time on our way down south on Rt 50. We are new to the area and... Just bought a house in Ocean City NJ. We ordered sandwiches and pizza. Every thing was good except for the pizza. My kids wereagonizing over eating it and stated it wasn't good at all. I tried it myself and agreed with the kids. How ever in all fairnesswe are from Philly and they are use to really great pizza. I definitely would go back but just for sandwiches and sides. I wouldnot recommend the pizza there to my new neighbors. Sorry!!! Read more

This was one of many pizzerias in the area we supported as we like to order from everyone. You know. Support local. I?m not... complaining about the quality and taste of the food only the delivery. We ordered from a third party app called Slice. There isa feature where you can choose ?leave at my door? with special instructions. We always choose leave on the table by the door.All the other pizzerias in the area seem to understand this except for Pino?s delivery drivers. I am immunocompromised and mustlimit my contact with others. The delivery driver put our food on the ground next to an empty table as seen in our ring camera.As he was doing this he dumped all the cheese to one side of the pizza. Great job thanks. We will be ordering from Panzini?sPizza House from now on as we?ve never had an issue. Delivery issues with Pino?s have been a problem in most all of ourdeliveries. We are unfortunately done with giving it chances. Sad as their food is good. Fix your drivers and we may revisit.Signed?.locals who spend lots of money on delivery. Read more

New in the area, looking for a place that I didn't have to travel far for a good meal. Well this is a place for me. Wasn't... crowded ( prime summer season) able to seat and relax. Place is clean,. A/C is on. Had mussels, eggplant and my husband pastaand meatballs. Excellent. Waitress was lovely. Planning to go back. One thing very laid back atmosphere. No liquor license here.But brought my own. Price was good. Read more

It is really a-shame they can NEVER get our order correct. We order for Pino?s about once a week and our order is never correct.... I have given them numerous chances and have been extremely patient but, it is getting ridiculous. The ?I?m sorry? the managercontinues to say to me when something wrong is getting old. Or the ?I?m tired of them doing this,? so am I, imagine your childwaiting for their food while everyone else eats so the rest of the food doesn?t get cold waiting for the correct food. All Iwant is for my orders to be correct, I don?t think that?s asking for much. I have come to the point were I am done giving themmy money. My family never gets to eat together because we are always waiting on them to fix someone?s meal that they messed upor forgot to give us. The amazing part to is our order is almost always exactly the same as the previous orders. I would like tospeak with the owner. Read more

Horrible customer service. Placed an order for delivery, got a text saying the order was on its way at 6:30, waited until 7:40... to call and was told the order was marked completed by mistake. The only option was for 20% off and to wait another 45 min.After waiting 2 hours I think it warranted more of an apology. Will not be returning. Wasn?t the first time I heard somethingnegative about management, now I know for myself. Save your time and your money, there are a lot of places around here thatappreciate your business Read more
