From the ambience to the food there is no better restaurant experience than Paolo?s. Upon reviewing the menu online prior to my... visit I knew I was in for authentic Italian cuisine to indulge my senses in. We were greeted by the most sincere and genuinewoman. You can tell she puts her heart into the restaurant and wants to ensure that you have a great experience. We couldn?tchoose between the appetizers and ended up ordering 6 of them. I?ve never seen something so artfully crafted on a plate before. The caprese was delicious and the stuffed figs made my heart melt. For my main course I ordered the gnocchi bolognese. The richflavors and added vegetables provided different textures that made me craving another bite. We were all loosening our beltstrying to fit more into our already full stomachs when Paolo himself came over and talked to us for a good 20 minutes. He sharedhis story and dreams with us which was the perfect ending to an already perfect meal. Thank you for sharing your craft with usand introducing us to a new song with our last name. I will definitely be back and make sure that everyone knows of Paolo andhis masterful dishes. Read more

I looked up the menu online and told my wife we have to try this place. The reviews were good and I couldn't wait to give it a... shot. We had been there when it was Antonio's back in the day and tried the next few owners that had come over the years. I canonly say the food was beyond my expectations from the appetizers to dessert everything was mind blowing. The servers were spoton and we wanted for nothing. My new favorite place for Italian cuisine. I will let everyone I know about this hidden gem. Ithink more people need to know about Paolo's. Read more

Stopped by for a quick dinner and were blown away. Food was absolutely delicious (and this is coming from someone who went to... high end restaurants in Rome, Venice and Milan numerous times). Pastas were perfectly prepared, good size, cooked just rightaldente, and with fresh ingredients. Service was quick, attentive and unobtrusive. Prices are more than reasonable. We arenot from this area, but this restaurant is a total gem. Read more

This family-style dining restaurant is a notch above them all. From the accommodating hostess (we had no reservation for... Saturday evening), the cozy ambiance, linen table cloths, perfect white Russian (not often the case), full menu of wonderfulchoices and terrific waitstaff. Our Italian waitress guided me to the evening special: perfectly cooked veal w/ spinach and anamazing gorgonzola cognac pan sauce. It was a fabulous birthday dinner! Too bad we did not have time for desert! Read more

Wonderful! Friendly attentive service starts you off for a culinary visit to Italy. Warm fresh baked bread is your first taste.... The wine list has breadth and depth and all are very reasonably priced. I went for an old stand by, Zuppa de Pesce. If they cando that dish right then let's start a relationship. They did. Presentation lovely, ingredients perfectly cooked. Four shellfish, clams, mussels, scallops, and shrimp with tender calamari rings. Over linguine. But the sauce you ask? Marvelous. Do go! Read more
