I frequent this Starbucks a good amount and I must say, each and every time I am greeted with the most welcoming and happy... employees! Being just off the highway, it can get busy so I recommend ordering ahead on their app when you know it's a busy timeof day of coffee drinking. I usually use the drive thru and get the impossible breakfast sandwich (my fav food on the menu & agreat vegetarian option) and a a vanilla oat milk latte (delicious non-dairy option)! But they do sell out of the impossiblesandwich that by mid-day most days - it must be a staple for many others as well. Read more

This location needs to get their act together. Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. It wasn?t listed on the menu what was... out of stock. The barista said ?it?s been a busy morning? as someone who has worked retail, the worker could?ve handled this somuch better. Read more

It's pretty consistently busy. I sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. Which I don't understand, as the place was packed with... staff. When I've gone in to order instead, the counter is covered in every available space with pre-ordered drinks andfood. Order is always correct, and the staff are always super nice. Read more

This Starbucks is so excellent that it makes up for the shortcomings of far too many poorly managed Starbucks. The staff is... friendly, efficient and helpful. They look happy and eager to help. The entire place is clean, including the restrooms. Ireally am impressed! Read more

So i?m a frequent flier at this starbucks and i have to say they have got some of the best employees i?ve ever seen. Take today... for an example, I came in 15 minutes till close, and I was met with the kindest and most friendly employee I have ever met:Richland. As a former fast food worker myself, I know what it?s like when you want to go home when the store is just about closeand a customer walks through the door. I was at the drive through and a starbucks sign hit my car and put a 2 inch mark in my drivers side door. I tried to call the... corporate line to set something up to fix it and they finally told me to bring it to a shop and get a quote. I then explainedhow I do my own car work and can do it myself if they paid me for the supplies and time (which is less than any shop wouldcharge). Ordered a drink 30 minutes before closing and me and my boyfriend were waiting for our drink. The server was super rude and told... us to stop hovering and that we were stressing her out.
