Paid $23 for a terrible late lunch. Chicken Strips and Fries were absolutely terrible. They were undercooked, soggy and the box... wasn?t even filled. Coke was flat as well ??????? If I?m waiting TEN to FIFTEEN MINUTES in a Drive Through FAST FOOD Restaurantthen the food better be fresh. I?m paying for QUALITY. If I wanted cheap bad tasting fast food, I?d go to McDonalds. I?ve never had an issue with chick fil A. Customer service at other locations has always been great except for this visit.... First, at the drive thru they were not friendly like at other locations. Second, they didn?t get the sauce I ordered correctwhich was fine. I simply walked inside and got the correct sauce. Not a big deal. But then as I?m eating my chicken biscuitsthey were hard and stuck to the box. I asked to have the meal made again and I could see and hear the employees made a commentabout it in Spanish. I speak Spanish. Which is not good customer service especially considering I wasn?t rude about it. Won?t becoming here again and the yelp reviews speak for themselves. Id give it no stars if I could. I'll give it to the staff for the fact it's always busy and they work hard. But today wasn't... busy at all. I've been here a few times. But this time I had had it and I instaneously got sick. I've had a migraine all day andthrew it up like sludge. After that I will never again. Save yourself and get some real food. Read more
