I picked up a sub here earlier this week. Ordered a regular #13 and was surprised when the employee started slicing meat for a... tiny piece of bread. It must of only been 6-8 inches long. The meat, and even the cheese, is sliced paper thin. The bread theyused was stale and the crust was hard. This thing cost me $11. I don't know how this store can justify this price when at least4 competitors in the area give a considerably greater amount of food on a sub that's full size for the same price or just $1-2more. They started out great, but lately have been very sloppy. With my most recent order, two items were entirely missing, and two of... the three sandwiches we got were on the wrong bread. It took a month, and a half-dozen emails to get refunded for the missingitems. When I finally got my refund, it came with a coupon that wasn't even good for that location. My sandwich and service were great! I physically went in to place my order at the new Woodbridge, NJ location (Shoprite plaza... area) on Saturday evening, Sept 24, 2022. Since some of the reviews weren?t so good I wanted to see for myself the set up,counters, veggies and workers to gage if I wanted to order from here, and to my surprise everything was on point (neat, cleanand professional). There was an African American gentlemen (who I believe was the lead or manager on duty) who was veryaccommodating to my requests even though I came in like 15 minutes before closing time.
