IF I HAD A CHOICE, I WOULD RATE ?ZERO?! Despite having horrible experiences so far from this store, I still thought of giving... it one more chance and guess what? Never again, Chipotle! We ordered a veggie bowl and a burrito and they managed to ruin asimple thing like that by not putting 3 out of 8 ingredients that were supposed to be there. No mild salsa? Okay. No corn salsa?Okay. No Fajitas? Give me a break! Not just that, the bowl was only half full and it was all rice, barely a teaspoon of sourcream and guacamole while there was a generous amount of hot salsa which they thought of compensating for every missing item sothe person could barely take a bite and not be able to eat it anymore. I ended up throwing it in trash because I could not eatmore than 4 spoons despite having a high spice tolerance. What was even worse is we ordered it off of Uber eats and paidhorrendous charges only to get cheated like this. The reviews here from past few months speak for itself and how the managementcares less about it. I am never ordering from this store again and would ask anyone who reads this review to do so too. Thereare plenty of more options around where you can rather spend a couple more bucks and enjoy your meal instead of sleeping hungry. Read more

Sometimes there is food here but I typically buy a kid's cup to go and fill my 32 oz Yeti with the aqua fresca. I can make pint... sized aqua fresca mocktails all week off one purchase. If you are actually considering a meal here, you should turn around andleave. The food is always cold. Staff unattentive. Bored whilst on their phones in clear purview of everyone and everything thentouching your food and or surfaces. They run out of everything early AF in the day. They never put the "online to-go" food onthe shelves because the delivery pick up systems / apps have systematically failed us. humans are too low IQ to read or bebothered. In short, it's a hot mess dumpster fire of a Chipotle. I'm certain they will close soon ala Pizza Hut nextdoor. Bonus. Look at the staff. YES this was in front of like 30 people. No Shame. Read more

Good food. Fresh cooking ongoing right in front of you. Clean and great service. Quantity more than you can eat. Ideal location... in mall premises. Bowl with white rice, black beans, steak, shredded beef. Cheese, salad and fresh chips. Hot pasta is nice butbe aware it?s very strong. This is not the first time this has happened. This place continues to disappoint. My brother-in-law ordered online as we're... celebrating his sister's birthday, and I ordered the steak. As you can see, this is less than a spoon full. The manager needsto train this poor excuse for employees how to serve quantities of food. Especially with the prices Chipotle's now charging. Talking to these people in person is painful enough because they could care less about the customer. I understand they make lowpay, but chose to work there, so do what's right by the customer vs feeling entitled. I'm done with this place for good. Veryfrustrating. The fact that this place has a 3 star Google rating says it all. Staggering how chipotle workers can mess upsomething as simple as serving food. Read more

Management needs to change. Time and time again, visits have shown that it needs to happen but today topped it off. We get there... at 12:15 PM only to be told that they?re only accepting online orders and not working the line. Fine, we place our orders withan ETA of 12:30 and 12:40. 12:30 we?re still waiting and they open the line back up so the restaurant fills with people who areable to place an order and leave immediately while ourselves and a dozen others who placed their orders before these customerseven got here are still waiting. Others before us start to question if their orders are ready yet. The Managers excuse was thatthe associates were to all focus on this large 6 person online order so they closed the walk up line down. He argued with acustomer. Meanwhile, the online orders pile in and once that large order was done, the associates moved back to the line,getting people out the door who order in house, backing up the online orders. ?You have to wait? ?We?re going in order ofreceipts? No, people who ordered after us got their food first so no, you?re not going in order. Then we watch my tacos beingmade with soft shells when we ordered hard shell. Give the food back and naturally, there?s an associate who has to commentunder her breath and give dirty looks just because SHE didn?t read the order correctly. It gets passed to someone else who justtakes the filling out and moves it to new shells. Somehow I end up with 2 Barbacoa tacos and 1 steak taco? I didn?t even ordersteak. That is so dangerous in the food industry with all the severe allergies out there. The manager disappears. They should?venever closed down the line because that just generated more online orders for the associates to be backed up on. We finallyleave at 12:55 PM and the customers behind the large 6 person order still hadn?t even showed to pick it up. I spent my entirelunch traveling to, waiting, and leaving Chipotle. Never again. This place sucks. I did a pick up order w sited over 30 min and the guy prepared my order after I said I was waiting for my... order. Then I get home and see there is no double chicken. No chips. I got charged $10 for a bowl! Health department showed up when I was there. The staff emptied everything! By the time I got to... order my food, they had no veggies, lettuce, guacamole, beans and much more. I had to come home and add cheese. To top it off myfood was ice cold. Now I see why the health department was were there. Last time I go to this chipotle. Is not the first timethey don?t have quality dining. Read more

Chipotle has stopped its dine in service all over and this location wasn?t an exception. There?s a queue for people ordering... take out and then there?s a separate section inside for mobile take out orders. The place is big with Covid precautions inplace, the parking lot outside is huge, which isn?t a surprise given the abundance of eateries around, and the staff has theirmasks on all the time. On a side note, the washrooms are open for customers, so if you?re having a quick bite in your car, youcould use the washroom later. This particular visit for a mobile order for a couple of chicken bowls. My order was late by 15minutes (in relation to the pickup time shown by the app). Once you go inside, the pickup process is relatively easy. You justwalk up to the area and pick up your order. The bowl was adequately filled with everything that I had picked.
