I ordered a large iced mocha latte and a large hot black tea light a sweet. The latte came with only one pump of mocha in it and... the tea came with only 4 sugar and 4 cream. Any other Dunkin I go to it?s 5 and 5, on top of that they only gave me one tea bagwhen it?s supposed to be two. When I asked the worker for more cream and sugar she rolled her eyes at me. I can order a cappuccino the same way 5 times and all 5 times the cappuccino will be completely different. I don't expect high... quality coffee at a Dunkin but I do expect some level of consistency. The staff does seem hard working and friendly though. Read more
This dunkin is too slow. How can you put 2 ppl in the morning when it's the busiest time. It is ridiculous how you have to wait... 30 mins for dunkin. Several times already I wait in line and I am forced to leave because of time. I've seen many customers dothis. Manager or owner should do something, find more efficient ways to get the morning moving. Very disappointing. Read more

Yes I was greeted nicely but....i ordered a small French vanilla light and sweet...and two toasted bagels one with light butter... the other butter and jelly...now if i am spending a total of $6.47 cents give me what i asked for correctly. Both bagels washard and cold as a rock! The jelly I see on the receipt for an extra 50 cents was not even a spoon full. The staff member saw me, looked at me, then turned around to answer a text on her phone before she helped me. She wasn't a young... teen, she was definitely a middle aged woman! I was so surprised. My bagel ???? was so old and stale I could've sanded an oldtable down. It was inedible. Read more
