Pésimo lugar .Deberian hire or contractar hispanic people. She is indian and no speak any language. That place is terrible.
Last Friday: 09/02/2022 evening time around 7:00 pm I had the best customer service experience in Dunkin Donuts. The lady was... very sweet and despite the coffee first was not good she replaced it for me and was very understanding and had no issuewhatsoever. This is by far the worst Dunkin in the area. I have video of me filming this place nobody behind the counter but a taupe/beige... purse on the back counter was visible, I left. Now today go there order a signature latte and there was so much ice and missingtwo toppings plus they charged more than other Dunkin locations. Plus no tall straws, how are you supposed to dri k a domeddrink with a short straw. I'm done with location even if I pass it I'll go back toward highway to another location. Read more
Place consistently sucks and messes up orders with a dirty staff. Needed a non dairy drink for a food allergy so I paid for oat... milk, gave me whole milk anyways. The only good Dunkin? close is the one on St. George?s and the one on Route 1 I only went tothis location because the route 1 Dunkin? was closed. Consistently forget to make food, missing items in order. Went there oneday they said ?Sorry we don?t serve donuts here.? Because they forgot to bake them. While waiting for order I overheard staffyelling about food burning in oven. One time I went here and ordered a large drink, they gave me a small and when I correctedthe woman and showed her my receipt (which I had to ask her repeatedly to give me a receipt because she would not give it) toshow I paid for a large, she scooped ice into a large cup and poured the small drink over it. They are extremely unprofessionalhere, cannot manage an order if you get more than two items. Worker came out of bathroom picking a wedgie once she got out onthe floor then went back behind the counter. I just am appalled I would never recommend anybody go here. Read more
Walked in around 11:35 on 1/8/022 and looked at menu then girl behind the counter uses right hand pointer finger and shoved it... up her right nostril. I left because of what I seen. Went back in to let girl know that I was about to order food and drinks butleft because of her digging her nose especially she was going to handle my order. She denied it I asked for a manager no managerin yet, asked for her name she said she does not have one. If you look at your cameras you will see her finger up nose andpossibly any other shady things that she done. All she had to do was apologized but she want to lie about. This Dunkin? needs employees who know how to make a simple coffee with instructions that is. It?s frustrating when you?re paying... for something you don?t even enjoy. Horrible. I drive to the iselin location just to get my coffee right. Bagels always hard.They burn them. What a shame Read more
Disgusting!! Horrible Customer service Don?t buy here! the worker name Rida scratches her hair handles money and grabs food with... bare hands. Started cussing because I didn?t want the food she touched. Even ran from behind the counter to attack me. I havethe videos. Then refused to give me a refund told me to call the cops.
