The food was really good & not spicy at all. We ordered Hara bhara kabab and it was delicious. Maybe they intentionally try to... keep it that way. I ordered from this restaurant through a third party for delivery. I ordered the fish with rice and naan and also samosas. I... also got the gulab jamun for a little snack. When it arrived I dug in and the naan was great and the rice was too. I enjoyed thesamosas. I wasn't too fond of the fish and sauce. The taste wasn't to my liking. I am giving 4 star for quality of food because I do not want to injustice to assessment of quality but theirintegrity is questionable and in order to thrive in business you need to have integrity A little bit of caution for customerswho do large orders. Please be careful and before leaving the front desk after paying please match your No of dishes ordered vsno of dishes packed. They did not give us dal makhani although we paid for it. Worst they did not even own up to it and saidthey verified through the camera they said they verified but refused to share that just to verify. It is not about missing topack a dish it is more importantly the integrity of the shop. Be aware of this restaurant. We ordered based on recommendation. However they cheat every which way they can. While the food was... ok-> good, these people WILL NOT give you everything you order unless you verify while leaving the front desk. Disappointing lunch experience. Ordered takeout on few items: Naan was thin, dry, crispy and burnt. 1. Plain naan: lacking in... flavor and texture. 2. Chilli garlic naan: tasted like burnt crispy garlic toast. Not spicy and lacking any chilli flavor $3. Ordered Chilli garlic naan but looks like we got the garlic naan. The guy who took the order even repeated our order back so not sure what went wrong there. 3. Dal makhani: good but not great. Only saving grace of this whole ordering experience 3.Dili wala Butter chicken: a pricy butter chicken ($16) was too sweet for my taste. Never thought butter chicken gravy would bethis sweet. It had 4 boned pieces of tandoori chicken mixed in. I'd pass on this unless you like sweet gravy 4. Hariyalichicken: lacked flavor and looked like it had artificial green food coloring. Ordered chicken, almost got Salmonella from being served raw chicken. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would in a... heartbeat. First we were told that our order (like 3 dishes at that for) would be ready in like 30mins. We got there after 45mins and had to wait for another 45 minutes. And after paying an exorbitant amount (almost $100) for a hole in the wallrestaurant located inside of a convenience store we thought we would actually get to eat cooked food, but nope. We were givenuncooked, raw chicken. Upon calling the place, we asked for a phone number to which we could send the photos to, but we didn'treceive anything. I have never felt so bad about spending $100 for food that wasn't even worth eating. If a health inspectorsees these photos, I'm sure the restaurant wouldn't be operating for long. Read more
