Self service kiosk will speed things along. Prices are about the same as a diner without the long wait. Butternut squash soup... is consistently the best one. I got the salad with bacon and chicken. Bacon was crumbs of fat, would not recommend that one. Aside from that, the salad is OK. The orange juice here is very good. Read more

A small, clean, nice dining place. I had a quick bite, had a sandwich, it was fast from the order to the delivery of it. Place... is clean, price a bit more than expected but then everything has gone up in price. Otherwise, excellent. I'll be back. Read more
Half the menu items and ingredients were ?out of stock?, on my visit on Sep-25-2022. Guess what, my Mediterranean chicken salad... came without any green and tomatoes and furthermore the staff handled it poorly saying that?s how ordered it. Poorly runlocation! Read more

I've always liked Panera Bread, but I did not like my experience in this location. I had a rapid pick up order yesterday, drove... home and realized they forgot my signature sandwich. I spoke to a manager on the same day and I was told to come back andthey'll give me my sandwich. Fast forward to today, I went and explained my conversation with the manager yesterday. I orderedsomething else which I paid for, and then the cashier put in the signature sandwich which the manager then adjusted so that I amnot charged for it. I got my bag and drove home...I was thinking of checking first if I had the 2 items I ordered but since Iwas in a rush and also in my mind, how can they make the same mistake twice?? True enough, they forgot to put in my sandwichAGAIN! Now I wish I hadn't ordered the extra salad so that it would have been obvious to know that I have something in the bag!I am so angry but also at the same time had no patience to deal with this again. A long standing Panera Bread with a decent amount of space although not nearly as large as the Menlo Park location. Food at... Panera I usually fine decent to good although it was a bit pricey in the past. Now other fast dining spots are charging closeto the same price now. Is the food that much healthier than other fast dining? maybe a little but most of the dishes areaverage to above average tasting. Tables are clean and space is well lit at all times of the day.
