I can?t speak on the other reviews in regards to how accurate they are or what the issue were specifically that?s causing the... other all rating to be so low but I?m my personal (and very recent) experience, I?ve had nothing but the best possible outcomeevery time I?ve ordered. Whether it be delivered or take out, they?ve always gotten everything right, down to topping, bakingtime and even making sure the sauce cups I bought were in the boxes. Same goes with delivery, and the wait time on that hasalways be speedy and prompt. Again, not sure if the bad reviews are recent or more then a year old, but I can say with absoluteconfident I?ve had a great experience with Papa John?s at this location and highly recommended them, 5 stars ?????? Order two pies on 07/03/2022 At 1150 and I waited to 108 am. It said the food had been delivered the driver kept my food crazy.... This is not the first this poppa always does we decide to order at night and give them a chance but they always mess up. I called for a pizza and it was about 15 minutes till closing. They put an indian kid who was so slow and then he starting... acting like he couldn?t hear anything and kept repeating my address spelling and my name and just obviously stalling. As soonas the clock hits 1:00 he asks for card number and didn?t even ask to repeat it to confirm. He runs it and then says your carddidn?t go through and I said can you repeat it but he just says ?oh oh oh the problem is the store is now closed? .The otheremployees laughing in the background and not even trying to cover it up.. I ordered and paid for a pizza with extra jalapeno and pineapple. It came with only the regular quantity on it. When I called,... the Manager "John" said I had received what I had ordered; if I was not happy, I could bring it back and pick up a fresh one.NO. It was NOT what I had ordered and paid for.
