Very good salad and wrap. For a truck stop it was a great meal.
Their sandwiches use to be good now their quality is not good, egg sandwich barley had 3ggs in there, and tuna sandwich had very... little tuna in there. Read more
Worst place ever. I'm giving one start because I can't give 0. I went there for two coffee and I have to ask for the order 3... time and at the end the order was wrong. The staff are horrible very nasty. Read more
Got a bottle of water and two coffees. Had to replace water because bottle was greasy. One coffee (bold) was fine, the other... (regular) was warm to lukewarm. Read more

If you normally enjoy Pret, dont disappoint yourself and go to this one. Staff are socializing like they aren't even at work... and are at a recreational event. Manager also seemed to be dilly dallying with the employees. If you visit later than 3pm,chances are that fresh food has been sitting all day. You would expect more from a company asking $9 for a wrap, $6 for a soupand $4 for a lemonade. Normally, Pret is very good in New York....dont go to this one that's at a NJT rest stop. Didn't feellike the same Pret standard I've grown accustomed to over the years. I even went back two or three times to see if it was afluke, nope. Bad apple of the bunch is all. Pack lunch from home and save yourself $20+ to not really be helped by busysocializing staff. Read more
Came here after driving for hours needed caffeine badly, coffee was not brewed fresh and I paid $6 for a hot chai tea latte to... receive a half full cup of it. Prices are higher than Starbucks. Though I feel bad they seemed entirely short staffed andoverworked. Read more
