I took my sons here after we went to the Altitude trampoline park. Service was ok nothing special. Waiter did not check up on... us while we were eating. The dining room was very dirty. They should be cleaning the tables and floors immediately afterdiners leave. Just saw alot of employees who don't care about their jobs and couldn't care less about customers. My experience at this location is slightly bipolar every time I come here, meaning sometimes its good and others it wasnt up to... my expectations. However, my recent experience here was really well. Service was on point, and we had any needs taken care oftimely, and we had a good time conversing with the some of the staff we know there. I am so pleased every time I visit this location. As a non-meat eater, I'm VERY happy with the selection (all burgers are... available with either a veggie patty or Impossible patty). I'm very happy with the kids' options. My 3yo is a picky eater & thisis the only place where she'll finish her plate. I'm very happy with the customer service. EVERYONE is so helpful from theMaitre D to the Manager. Our servers are always so pleasant & I love to see the great rapport between the staff. They enjoyworking with each other & it shows. The bottomless sides are just the cherry on top because my burger is always so good &filling that I never need more sides. Glad to see some low cal options on the menu as well.
