I love going A&W but this location is out of order. Ordered a sandwich combo and pancakes. Sandwich patty was very dry and... hard. Wasn?t really a good sandwich put together at all. We were in last night and the service was terrible. Staff are slow to help customers and stood around instead of packing orders.... No organization as there were multiple people trying to do the same job. Cashier charged us for a blueberry turnover and then wefind out only when going through our bag and finding a turnover missing that they do not have blueberry turnovers at thislocation. We also ordered bacon ranch wraps but after seeing a previous review about the expired ranch we tried the sauce anddid not think it tasted right. We were refunded the cost of the wraps but left feeling frustrated with this location. Tookalmost 45 minutes for a simple order of 4 wraps and 2 turnovers. Go through the drive thru at this location as they obviouslydon't care about walk-in customers. Read more
Has been serving ranch sauce in their wraps for the last week that has gone bad. They were notified through uber eats, and... continue to sell it. It smells bad, and tastes awful, like rotten milk. Read more
No sense of urgency whatsoever. I've come to this location twice during my work break, and both times I stood there waiting for... someone to pack my order which was made for 5 minutes. Seems like they only care about taking care of customers in the drivethru. Read more

Didn't get to see the store inside or the staff because we used the drive through, however the food was awesome, it was warm and... fresh. A&W job well done. Gas station and carwash beside it makes this place to stop, gas up the vehicle and have deliciousfood. Read more
