Ordered the 8 inch matcha tiramisu online through Bake Code website went to pick up 2 days later in-person at the colossus... Vaughan location. The website order does not update live but I showed the lady at cash register my order at the pickup timethrough my phone and she went to retrieve it from their back refrigerators. She was nice and understood where my order was andoffered candles for my birthday, but my family already bought them. Nice, Quick, Informative and Straightforward customerservice. The matcha tiramisu was loved by my family for its sweet and little bitter taste it's 5/5. Tasted soo good I'm givingthem this review. The website image of it doesn't compare to what it actually looks like. It looks better in-person. It is muchbigger then the small size at the store. Get the party size if you have a lot of guests like 12+. Also I notice there is tinytouch of edible gold leaf on the macaroons or am I wrong? But it made the tiramisu look pretty. Great bubble tea and even better croissants. Definitely try out the pastries if you haven?t yet. Wide selection of special... croissants, cake and macarons. Convenient location. Just off the highway and across the movie theatre. The plaza also has a lotof restaurants as well. Lots of free parking. Read more
First time visiting here, took my daughter and her friend, they had bubble tea and enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and... outgoing. Will definitely come here again when I'm in the area. Read more
Drink was yummy but overall experience was negative, BEWARE THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH... I find this a major failure and will... definitely NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I recommend everyone spend their money at a Chatime that appreciates their customers ..Go to Vaughan Mills location Read more
Doesn't matter if there is one customer or 5. This Chatime location is hands down the slowest service in Vaughan. Go to... Rutherford or Major Mack locations if you want faster service for the same quality of drinks at the same price. It seems likethere's ever only one employee making drinks, one taking orders and one doing bakery work. The barista gets so backed up withonline/food delivery orders and is unable to service the customers in store. I've been coming here for the past 3 years out ofconvenience and it has always been slow (average 10 minutes) with no improvements. Read more
Whats wrong with their pastry chef??? Their macaron was rock hard and like a biscuit instead of crispy shell and soft inside.... The shell was super thick too!!! I side was like a hard cracker? They either failed macaronage or wrong baking temperature. Buteven from a home baking this quality can?t be produced. Even mass producing costco macarons would taste better. Super crowded on a sunday evening. the whole shopping area was closed but this store had a lot of crowd. The line up was big.... The 3 staffs were doing their best to give a quick service. still it took 20mins for a small bubble tea! After waiting so muchfor the Signature taro milk tea, it didnt taste good at all. it felt like the milk burst. there were sold particles in the milkwhich tasted bad ! boba was not good at all. I've been to this Bake Code location over a dozen times. I left my wallet, and the staff had saved it to the side. I have... ordered 6" inch and 8" inch cakes for birthdays. I pick up pastries and bubble tea here on the regular. This Bake Code has neverdisappointed me. Lately the silken tofu cheese cake has been my favorite, but I always love their croissants and buns.
