Never on time always have to wait 10 to 15 min, and Parmesan bread bits has no cheese just powder cheese on top not good. And... service the two girls always giggling and speaking in their language in front of costumers how rude , speak in English your inCanada . Read more

We had their new $16.99 Large Chicken Bacon Alfredo Pizza and it was delicious! The combination of the toppings was packed with... flavour and went really well together. I recommend giving this a try. Customer service was dry... no smile and no greetings.But at least she did her job well. The pizza maker took care in curating the pizza orders - I really appreciated his work: sizeand thickness of the pizza was on point; great portion of toppings spread throughout; finalized with nice and even baking. Ourwalk-in order was ready with appropriate waiting time. This is a small restaurant with a counter by the window to stand andeat. Plenty of free parking at the plaza as well. Read more
They sent us watered down pizza and burnt bread sticks and raw potatoe wedges and this is unacceptable. Ginos pizza has really... drop their quality of food and this location should be shut down for having such low quality control. We called to ask them wewant a new order and they said "that's how we prepare our food sir". Read more
Today October 14th, 2022. The girl on cash was not friendly at all. She didn't care to be helpful. After we paid, i see her... scratching her head and playing with her hair then go on to help the pizza maker put toppings on pizzas with her not just barehands but without washing. No one is wearing gloves or hair nets. One guy dropped the pizza flipper on the floor and just pickedit up and reused it. We will not go back there again. It's disgusting! Read more
