Love the restaurant vibe! The food was flavourful and appealing to the eyes. Our server, Rob, was absolutely amazing which made... our night even special. I forgot to take pics of the apps; Risotto balls and cauliflower bites and main dishes; Margarita pizzaand Avocado pasta. You most try the cookie with ice-cream. Came here with a friend a few weeks ago, love the decor and vibe inside, made me feel like I was downtown! We ordered: Funghi Al... Forno Spaghetti Carbonara Quattro Stagioni The mushrooms on the salad were juicy and crispy at the same time! I love carbonaraand not many Italian restaurants have it, so I definitely wanted to try it here. The sauce was good, not too heavy. Fresh pastawas good, done very al Dante ???? I didn't find anything was mind blowing but would consider visiting again to try other thingssince they do have a decent size menu. Read more
Food was delicious, we got a wide array of selections including the salumi charcuterie, pizza, and two pastas. They also give... you free bread so we definitely had leftovers. I loved the roasted garlic it came with so much that they gave me two whole onesto take home. All the dishes we ordered was good, don?t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Food tasted fresh andhigh quality. Portions were generous and service was friendly. Unfortunately they don?t give anything special for birthdays butit didn?t hurt to ask. Feel welcomed the moment I step into this modern Italian restaurant. This is my first time here. Reserved bus the online... system. Was 15 mins late due to the poor weather condition but still able to get a seat. The restaurant was only 20% full whenwe arrived at 5:45pm. Our server struggled a bit to inform us the long list of daily/ weekly specials. She had her cheat sheetwith her. When we asked about the price, she wasn?t very sure, she said $42, oh may be $62. That?s a big difference?. Anyhow,we didn?t feel comfortable to go with the daily specials and went with the items on the menu. All the food items and wine areat least average or above average. Cocktails are on the pricy side (like downtown price) and we didn?t try. We opt for a bottleof Italian wine to share between 2 of us instead. The espresso is worth-mentioning, very authentic and $3.75 for a double shot,that?s a decent price VS value. Washroom ran out of paper (refer to photo). Overall, 3.5 star but rounded up to 4 stars. The food was cooked to perfection with great presentation, from the host, the waiters and the bartender had amazing customer... service. They were so attentive and polite. I had rosemary cocktail which was so delicious, a true oven cooked pizza, all veganwith gluten free dough which was mouth watering. Every food and drink, I had was outstanding. My overall experience was wowwwand the atmosphere made it perfect for a date night. This is my new spot for date night. I highly recommend it! Read more
We came to Motorino based on a colleagues recommendation; and we loved it! Dave was our server and he made amazing... recommendations and truly got to know us.
