This is probably the saddest excuse for a Pizza Shop in all of Canada. The staff can't even speak the language of the country... we're in, they can't follow the basic instructions thats written on there Signature Pizzas, not custom, Like a pizza they makein house every day the people working here still fail to follow instructions. Then now we move on to the pizza, its literally aball of uncooked dough. The sad life we live that the people are making our pizzas have never eaten or had pizza before. Likethese people chose to run a franchise for a pizza shop and they fail to make a normal pizza. I can't even be mad at pizza hutfor this abomination from hell. May god help the residents of our town who still don't know that there are people out there likethese folk and they are allowed to touch our food. Welcome to Canada. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Go to Fortinos and get frozen pizza. Read more
My cinnamon rolls had no icing ???? this isn't the first issue I've had with this place. I have given many chances for little... things like not cutting the pizza well or adding pepperoni to the whole pizza and not half. But my dessert!! Nope. Neverordering again. Read more
Customers be aware as this location cheats you when you pay. We ordered pizza and total came to $34.45 and they charged $36.69.... It could not have come to my knowledge unless it was a business expense and when I was reconciling accounts, it came to myknowledge. Read more

Pizza was good but it must have been great when it would have been served with smile and pleasure, gratitude was missing, the... guy at the counter was so arrogant and rude, he lacked in good service. I visited this Pizza Hut location today at 4pm. I ordered 2 pizzas one triple crown , one cheese lovers. From the photos I... uploaded you can see the lack of toppings on the triple crown. There was next to zero mushrooms and same for the greenpeppers. The cheese lovers included 2 toppings, I had ordered half tomato, pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper. The other halfcheese. Again next to no toppings on the pizza. I would not recommend this location of Pizza Hut as their pizza was quitecheaply made. The quality is not worth the cost. If you order pick up make sure you check the toppings to insure it hastoppings. Read more

Very rarely I write bad reviews. I am extremely disappointed by this location. Have been ordering from them so many... times. Tonight, I have ordered a pizza for the delivery. I have paid online as usual. Never got a call from thedriver?.apparently, my pizza was just left under the door. It was cold and the sealer was broken. When I called the Pizza Hut,I was told that I have ordered the contactless delivery. Basically, the lady told me it is my fault. When I advised them thatI always get a call from the driver, she just repeated that it is contactless delivery. The pizza just went to the garbage?sucha waste. Never ordering from them again.
