The food from this restaurant is terrible. I ordered a chicken strip meal and it came with three rubber bands wrapped around the... bones! The server didn't even bother fixing my mistake, which was surprising because they offered to take away those extrapieces for free in case anyone else has an issue like mine did (and let's face it - no one wants their $5 toy). The ongoing regular service we get from this location has been amazing. Had an issue with our online order not being... communicated to the store (not the store?s fault) and the store sprang into action to make it right! My family always loves tocome along to pick up our order because everyone is nice and friendly. I wish I could give 10 stars to this location. I've been in on more then one occasion and the owner ALWAYS goes above and... beyond. I went in today after going to Wonderland with the family and we decided to eat there instead of taking out. Afterplacing the order and washing the kids hands he comes out with freezies for the kids and puts on Peppa pig on the TV (whileother adults were there eating too) as we wait for the order. He has made these nice gestures on many occasions...and hiscustomer service is the reason I will always go back. The guy is a gem and cares about his customers.
