Rude costumer service. Just went in to order and the one who?s working there simply didn?t feel like taking an order and was... rude. It?s 11PM on a Tuesday but still you?re open for a reason. First time leaving a restaurant without ordering. I hope themanagement take action on this and help improving their services or at least who?s working there. Read more
At about 9:30 pm, I entered this establishment with the intention of ordering some pizza and I witnessed the person behind the... counter, preparing the pizza box on the tabletop. I noticed that the white sheet of paper that is placed under the pizza, fellon the floor. The person behind the counter took it from the floor and placed it back into the pizza box. I addressed the issueas he came to the cash to place my order and he ignored me. I addressed it again and he continued to ignore me. At this moment,I walked away and exited the store. I have contacted Pizza Nova's head office and submitted a complaint. I will follow up withthem this week. During a time where COVID is significantly an issue, proper sanitary measures should be at its peak and I wasthoroughly disappointed with the lack of food safety etiquette and respect. Read more
It was alright. The pizza was mediocre, tasted a bit strange but not to the point where you can?t eat it. Customer Service was... a bit Rude and Impatient and getting annoyed at every single thing, but hey it could be a bad day, who knows. Waited almost anhour for a medium pizza, didn?t know pizzas take that long nowadays but it?s fine I guess. Overall it was just ok. Not supergood but not super bad. Read more
My favorite style of pizza done really well! I?ve had pizza in Italy on a few occasions and I?d take this over it any day.... Reminds me of pizza you find in Cape Breton ;) Please don?t change a thing! Read more
The pizza was good and the wings as well. We wanted the guy to prepare the pizza a certain way. But he didn?t do that; so that?s... why there?s only 4 stars here. We had the large pepperoni pizza and Domenic?s Secret Roasted Italian Rub wings. Read more
