We ordered 2 pizzas, wings and wedges with dip. They burnt 1 pizza. It was so dry by the time we took a bite. Wings were... definitely over cooked to the point we were eating skins and bones. The wedges were dark?. We ordered two dip sauces? creamygarlic and pesto? they didn?t care enough to call to say they don?t have pesto.. they threw in a dill. Me and my buddy ordered a party size pizza last night when the driver came he brought a large I said to him a ordered a party... size he said I am just a driver I know so I paid for it I called customer service talked to the guy sorry that I forgot is namehe said I am very sorry I will take care of it and he send a party size at no cost the time was around 930 pm on winges rd inWoodbridge I hope you guys find out who it was and thank him very much great job always pizza nova the best Read more
ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING. Went in to grab pizza from this store. I saw this big guy threw party screens on the floor and kicks it... under the oven and then they picked up the same screens and made more pizzas on them. Its a good thing that I went to the storeto order because I order around 10 pizzas for my company almost every weekend. Lord knows how many times they sent dirty pizzaslike that to my company. my company will never order from this location ever. Read more

It is Pizza at all! You feel yourself hungry! Take a break and grab a slice you never forget the fresh toppings and the smiling... staff. I am delightful to be there a couple of times and for all the time the welcoming environment and the welcoming staff hadmy hunger away even before the fist bite of the slice. Store has plenty of parking lot and the service is super-duper fast. Theonly thing missing is there is no enough dining room but it is OK since you already satisfied with the taste of pizza. We ordered our pizza at 11:00 pm our order was over $100 we didnt get our order untill 12:30 am and the 2 pizza freezing cold... and chicken wings uncooked we called customer services many times and they put us on hold for another 1 hour and what they saidis sorry????
