I had a free slice of pizza from a Leafs promotion and went into the shop hoping to redeem it. The store clerk refused to honor... this promotion even though I showed proof that I had a free slice. He just gave me excuses why he couldn't honor it. This is afranchise, and they should be honoring their own promotions. It is very unprofessional to have a shop clerk just give youexcuses on why this location won't allow me to claim their own promotion from the night prior. Worst pizza pizza. Guy would not let me use the bathroom after I put my pizza in the car and came back in before I drove home.... He said I?m going home anyways just go there. Even swore at me when I was arguing with him. This is the second time I?ve had anissue, last time they gave my pizza to someone else and refused to make me another one. Will never go back. Read more

Bad experience. The old guy was very rude when I went back to the restaurant. He said do whatever you want to do. Garbage food... at this location. No sense how to talk to the customers.
