Order large walk in special via app for pick up .. asked for well done pizza was soft and soggy.. I came in 15 min guy said it... be 4min .. after 4 min pizza was done and left on the oven I was standing waiting while everyone was busy cleaning or makingpizza.. this place is a hit or miss .. As an Italian,I normally make my own Pizza but I was lazy and ordered out. Very nice and airy crust. Toppings were substantial... and price was reasonable. The sauce however was not good. Read more
We used this Pizza Pizza location for our school orders for 2021-2022 school year. The service was amazing, and we had excellent... communication with the owner. Our students would have liked larger slices like we used to receive with Pizza Nova, but the boxesthat Pizza Pizza provides for their franchises doesn't not allow for any larger than the box (obviously). With that onedownfall, it was nice having a secure closed box to deliver the slices to the students and not worry about any crosscontamination or spreading of unnecessary germs. I requested the medium veggie pizza to make it well done and put the guidance rather than mushrooms add the cilantro. What's... more, without asking as they don't have cilantro she added a ton of mushrooms and jalapeños.The pizza was half-cooked. The mosthorrendously awful part is the point at which I called the restaurant she gave the disposition as opposed to saying 'sorry' shesaid you are putting the hundred words to get the things. I LOVEDDDD coming here despite it being small and away from other places! Was on my way to a picnic and had to pick up some... pizzas for food, and the service was excellent! I was supposed to order from a different location but I ordered from this location by mistake. When I reached home with 7 extra... large pizzas, everyone was asking which location did you buy it from ? Because It was really well done, full of toppings(ascompared to our previous store) and a generous amount of cheese. My niece told me that it was the best cheese pizza of her life.Whoever made those pizzas, I really want to thank her/him on behalf of my family. For sure , this store would be on my prioritylist. Before even leaving they asked for ???? cutlery as well which is not normal at most locations of pizza pizza. Read more
Worst pizza restaurant i ever got the order from..first they charged me for cancelling the order online within 2 min time frame... and then when i reordered again so that the amount could be adjusted,this is what they sent me Worst customer service,don'tknow what the employees do there...if someone pays for the item,you need to deliver it perfectly..everytime this restaurent isthe one that gives wrong orders...Reallyyy????
